Mueloliva Picuda is one of our most popular variants among our customers. Thanks to the exclusive use of picuda olives, highly appreciated for their organoleptic properties, this new extra virgin olive oil is more aromatic than other extra virgin olive oils made from a coupage of different varieties.
Its tasting reveals a green-ripe fruitiness of medium intensity, with notes of grass, leaves and fruit such as apple and banana. The palate is sweet on the palate, with moderate bitterness and slight spiciness.
It is the ideal condiment for salads of all kinds (green, tomato-mozzarella, pasta), the master touch for grilled vegetables (asparagus, aubergines, courgettes), pasta and fish; in short, for any dish of our delicious and healthy Mediterranean gastronomy.
